Confidence is like a muscle when you think about it. The more you work on it. The harder and tougher it gets. It’s the same thing with your mind.
You got to remember that confidence is a state of mind. It’s a state of being where you know in that moment you can HANDLE ANYTHING life throws your way and get the task done at hand, properly.
And in order for you to increase your confidence you must start at the basic level of confidence. The root of your beliefs. The things that are triggering yourself not to be so confidence and banish those thoughts the SECOND they came up.

How to Increase Yourself Confidence
#1 Listen to personal development audios
I personally don’t go a day where I don’t listen to one or two personal development audios. Because one of the big things about the mind is what goes in, comes out. And if you’re listening to negativity all day and just drama and BS consistently.
You’re not really going to develop a very positive state of mind listening to that garbage all day. So what you want to do to correct that is simply take some time to listen to AT LEAST one personal development audio every single day.
It can be 30 minutes to an hour long. You can listen to it on your way to work or on your way home. Or simply during your free time. It doesn’t matter as long as you get it done.
Like back in the day, a few years ago, I used to be scared to tell someone about my life and all the drama BS I’ve gone through to get where I am now. Mainly because I though they we’re going to judge me or something.
Now, I don’t care one bit if someone judges me wrongly. Mainly it has to do something with them. And I put a lot of the responsibility to on the audios that I’ve listened to in the past that have helped sharpen my mind.

Another great way to increase yourself confidence is real simple:
#2 Focus on the Small Wins
This is a big one because if you’re a visionary like me and you set REDICIULOUSLY big goals for yourself and everything doesn’t fall into place all at once. Then you’re going to get demotivated and feel less confidence as time goes on.
So what you want to do to increase yourself confidence is real simply by focusing on the small wins in your life.
Take out a note pad and write out all the small wins you’ve achieved in your life in the past 7, 15, 30, 90 days and focus on each and every one of them. And get the meaning from that moment.
You really want to do this because it’s the small daily wins over a long period of time that lead to a big win. Like for example, for my YouTubers course. When I first started marketing it on twitter.
I was maybe generating 1 to 2 new email subscribers for the first 3 months of marketing it. And I kept focusing on the fact that I was generating 1 to 2 new email subscribers and that I could be doing more. So what I did was I edited the entire follow up series to speak directly to YouTubers. I rewrote every email and deleted all the bad ones and I built an entire new marketing campaign in the middle of a chaotic battle.
And now I don’t go a day where I don’t get at least 2 or 3 new email subscribers to optin to my follow up series for my training before I wake up in the morning. If I do nothing all day and don’t tweet at all I usually generate 5 new leads a day now. And If I do something like follow new people and just tweet I generate 10 new email lists a day.
And those 2 leads a day at the time. That was like a month or two ago too. So believe me, when you focus on the small wins and just keep going. You’ll have the ability to turn things around quickly.
That will increase yourself confidence quickly!
The third way to increase yourself confidence is real simple:
#3 Question Your Limiting Beliefs
This is a big one because our minds are kind of like computers sometimes when you think about. Whenever you have the wrong software downloaded to do something what generally happens?
The computer doesn’t work or you get a virus for using faulty link.
It’s the same thing with yourself confidence. You see, you really want to make sure you get rid of all your bad programming and install new good programs in your life. A great way to do that is simply by following the steps I shared earlier.
You really want to question your limiting beliefs and get to the root of them and BANISH them from your mind. A great way to find out for yourself is simply to pay attention to your self-talk. Do you automatically assume people are going to not like you or like you?
If so, what’s the positive intention of that belief?
Maybe if you assume someone’s not going to like you. You won’t even waste your time trying to reach out to them. And the positive intention of that belief is ‘protection’.
But could you protect yourself MORE if you truly found out whether that person truly did like you or not? See, sometimes you got to run some of your beliefs about people through these filtration’s I’d like to call them to really discover if there even true or not.
And if you do, you’ll find yourself so much happier because at the end of the day the majority of the people you meet in your life do in fact love you. And I can guarantee that fact deep in your mind. Knowing full and well, that I’m always right and so are you.
So don’t be afraid to let loose and question your buggy beliefs about yourself. It may feel weird at first but I promise it helps.
